Tackling Pink

Welcome to my blog, where I share my experiences as a working mom and breast cancer survivor. Join me as I navigate the challenges of parenting while fighting this disease. In this post, I’ll discuss how I manage my time, prioritize self-care, and find strength in the color pink. Discover my tips for balancing work and family, coping with the side effects of treatment, and embracing the power of positivity. Together, we can raise awareness and inspire others on their own journeys.

How to Add Pink

  • You can wear a pink ribbon, a piece of pink clothing, or accessorize with a pink item like a bracelet, necklace, or nail polish.
  • Pin a small pink ribbon to your clothing, bag, or hair.
  • Choose a pink shirt, dress, pants, or even just a pink scarf.
  • Wear pink jewelry, a pink headband, or pink shoelaces.
  • Apply pink lipstick or nail polish.
  • Use a pink hair clip or add a temporary pink streak to your hair.
  • Give a pink gift, like a pink flower bouquet or a pink-themed item.

I will say that some survivors are ‘over-pinked’ and want nothing to do with the pink ribbon. I personally love it and am proud to be a survivor!
